Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanged for unworn jewelry within 10 days of delivery. For returns, please email email@example.com for an exchange or return authorization number.
For all promotion on free items are final sale :) Catch our free promotions by following on Instagram @stonesoflovers. All site visitors are granted one free item per promotion, thanks lovers.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
How can I exchange an item?
If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the shipping charge. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for return shipping fees.
What items are non refundable?
All items marked final sale, 10k gold pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales cannot be returned.
